I need toner recs. Just finished Mario B. Glycolic toner and felt meh about it. What do you all use?

In the daytime I alternate between the FAB Facial Radiance Pads and the Pixi Glow Tonic. At night I've recently been using Colleen Rothschild's Mandelic Acid Radiance Serum in lieu of a toner. (It's also got lactic and salicylic acids along with mandelic.)

just have to mention these are not clarifying meaning they do not exfoliate. you pour a bit in your palms and then gently press onto the skin. no cotton pad needed.
doesn't have alcohol
iris is phenomenal because it shrinks pores makes them tighter and helps with excess oil but without drying skin out. chamomile is perfection for dry skin it soothes and hydrates

I went in Sephora yday (not to work lol) to swatch the new Nars lippies. I wasnt as impressed as I was when I saw them online. The new things they're marketing as liquid lipsticks feel more like lacquers and the colors arent as unique as I would hope so I was disappointed in those. What I DID find impressive was the ViseArt Theory palette. The one that I saw was in Theory II Minx. At first I was put in the mindset of the wet n wild color icon palette but for a way more expensive price. But when I swatched it!.:cloud9::cloud9:...I'm a sucker for richly pigmented shadows and I barely dipped my finger in the palette before I was greeted with pigment goals lol. Anyway, I decided to swap the Neutral Matte palette on my wishlist out for that one since I literally have all the colors in the Neutral Matte palette like 10x over in other similiar palettes, not to mention the Minx palette is almost half the price and probably will get the most use.

I also saw the Laura Mercier highlighter palette..I'm thinking of investing in that one because the colors look like they are flattering for my skintone. Anybody else own this one already? Do you like ?

I bought both of these. The Viseart back in April when I made VIB...it was all downhill from there! lol! I purchased the LM during the VIB preview event. I love them both!!! The Viseart simply because those warm tone shades are divine! The LM to me is the perfect size assortment. I am a medium to tan skin tone and love the shades. In fact, I can use a couple of them as eye shadows.

I don't have the LM palette but I have the single of Indiscretion and it's a very subtle highlighter. It gives you that "lit from within" glow so if you like highlighters like that, you'll enjoy the palette I expect.

I actually really do like that type of highlight especially in the colder months when my skin is so damn dry I probably need any "light" I can get. LOL. I'm going to add that to my ever-growing list of things to grab for the sale.

You have quite the list yourself! IMO ABH Dip Brow is way better than the Benefit. I do enjoy the Benefit all-in-one packaging though, so if you want it for traveling or purse, I like the Benefit well enough to recommend it.
:cool:Hey hey! I meant to thank you for the suggestion...turns out I already have a kick ass brow product I completely forgot about in my drawers. The MUFE Aqua Brow! It comes in a squeeze tube and I use a tiny sharp angle brush (literally a paint brush I purchased from Hobby Lobby...you'd be amazed at how well paint brushes hold up!) to emulate hairs and fill! It is perfection and does not budge!

I looked at my list of "Wants" from Sephora for their upcoming VIB sale and my list really pales in comparison to some of you beautiful ladies (I'm actually a bit embarrassed - haha) . But here is mine:
- LANCÔME Teint Idole Ultra 24H Long Wear Foundation (if it comes back in stock on the Canadian website)
- MARC JACOBS BEAUTY The Face II - Sculpting Foundation Brush No. 2 (if it comes back in stock on the Canadian website)
- SEPHORA COLLECTION Cream Lip Stain (Polished Purple)
- TARTE Amazonian Clay Blush Palette Color Wheel (if it comes back in stock on the Canadian website)
- MURAD Clarifying Cleanser or Time Release Acne Cleanser

I am debating buying a Clarisonic. I've recently starting to get hormonal acne breakouts that are pretty bad (for me anyways) - any suggestions from you ladies on if it is worth it to buy? Did anyone notice a difference when using it to reduce hormonal acne?

As well is the Murad Cleanser really all that it claims to be? Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated. I'm turning 30 soon so I feel like I need to get my skin care regimen in order...No more relying on vaseline as a nightly moisturizer and whatever is on sale at the grocery store for face wash! lol

Holy Smokes Lady! You ain't playing!!! When you stock up you get it done! :D

You should see my combined wishlist for only makeup and brushes! (In my case: MAC, Makeup Geek, Sephora, Beautylish, Selfridges, Hakuhodo, Chikuhodo.) It's huuuuuuuuuuuge! And at least one item on my Sephora wishlist has been there for years, mainly because I've prioritized other things.

Swatching my Mario today. Got it yesterday. Get UD Moondust today and Tarte Styled by Hrush tomorrow  All unexpected, all not really needed. So I haven't even thought of Sephora. I said after MAC holiday I was done.

How are you liking the Hrush palette? I was so excited about it until reviews started coming in and people were complaining about the quality. I'd love to hear more from a fellow specktrette :)

I am unique in that my skincare does not come from Sephora. So even though not on this list, I will most likely stock up during the Thanksgiving sales. I am a Deciem girl, using products from Hylamide, The Ordinary & NIOD

Yessss Deciem!!! Which products have you tried from The Ordinary? I love Deciem so much. Their Hand Chemistry products blew L'Occitane out of first place for my dry winter skin.
