Aargh! I'm such a lipstick whore!
And i don't want too many... just maybe 12 of them...
I can skip the pinks, and reds, and oranges.
Still, right now my list is:
City Slick – Light grey beige
Gritty Girl – Light cool brown
Secret # - Dark greyed brown
Digging It – Rich warm brown
In My Fashion - Dark chocolate brown
Night Mint – Light army green
Show and Teal – Bright green blue teal
Jean Genie – Sky blue
Indigo-Go – Cornflower blue - NOPE, it's Royal blue
Flatter Me Fierce – Blue lavender purple
Evening Buzz – Greyed lavender purple
I already have Matte Royale from its earlier release
Lipstick whoredom: The problem is real.
Seriously, less than two weeks ago, I was saying no how I had to curb my lipstick purchases this year. Then I see these and I'm like the Cookie Monster around a fresh baked batch of chocolate chippers.
Im scouring my collection for things I can B2M, at least to soften the blow. After looking at T's swatches, I'm still interested in:
Show & Teal- looks a bit patchy, but I missed Apocalips and I regret that.
Deep with Envy- brighter than either of the green lipsticks I have now (Kale and Rituel de Fille Chrysalis). Looks like a better version of KvD Plan 9.
NightMint- I have never seen this lip colour before. That fact alone intrigues me.
Blue Bang- I don't have a bright blue. Or any blues, really, other than a couple of glosses. This one looks like it has the best quality. A couple of the already existing Mac blues appeal to me more.
Secret #- The Great Enabler (hubby) caught a glimpse of this and thinks I should get it.
Indigo-go looks beautiful, but it's awfully close to Matte Royale. The two purple shades are likewise lovely, but look a lot like Bite Lavender Jam and Taro. I have In My Fashion already.
So that's a reasonable list for someone who said she was going to cut down her lipstick purchases, right? Five in one go?
