The collection arrived at my local Dior counter today - alas with no testers (they should arrive next week). I bought the pink blurring powder and Rouge Addict in Fuchsia Twist. I may give in and buy the blue eyeshaow when the testers arrive, and I'll most certainly buy the pink blush if it comes (different SAs have given me different reports).

I am happy with the blurrig powder. It gives a little more than the burring powder from YSL (which is almost invisible), but it's not nearly as shimmery as the Guerlain Meteorites.

I am wearing Fuchsia Twist today. It's more pink than fuchsia, and there's so little pigment that it can hardly pass as a lipstick, but it's nevertheless a lovely thing, and I love wearing it. They have changed the closing mecanism of the Addicts to a magnet, and that's an improvement.

I'm looking forward to see the cruise collection since this spring collection has the look, feel and colors of the cruise collections of previous years.

The shade is simply a cool white when on the skin. I am very pale, and I don't see any pink at all. I am still experimenting with application method, though. It comes with a small, actually really nice (and sweet!) kabuki bruhs, and I'm not quite sure that's the best brush for it.

The texture is light, matte and relatively dry. I don't think it could be mistaken for a highlighter (even though it can double as one). It's not as matte as the blurring powder from YSL, but it's not exactly shimmey either. I wish I could be more helpfull - maybe when I have played little more with it.

So the collection is up on Dior.com and once again the US did not get either highlighting powder or blush. We also only go 1 gradient lip pencil. I guess I'll have to get them from bonboncosmetics.com Soo annoying

Yes, that's driving me mad too! Unfortunately that's not just Dior's policy. All mayor brands do that. In Europe we rarely get more than half of the collections from Chanel, and when we do get them, we don't get the entire collection.

I was told by the SA here that we were originally going to get the pink but they decided to go with yellow to suit the "Caucasian" market. We normally get everything here and I expected to purchase the pink powder so I was disappointed. I am unaware of the U.S. situation but at least there is no shortage of new pretty makeup for us to buy

Yayyyyyy!!! So glad you could get your hands on them. Will be fabulous in the summer! I'm thinking that the likelihood of the blushes or highlight launching in Canada will be slim if it isn't launching in the US. It's quite unfortunate, but money saved I guess.

Perhaps a blessing in disguise! Chanel and Dior have really been unfair to Canada and the US lately with the LE items. I haven't tried the blurring powder yet - I might try it tomorrow. The pink blush is pretty but it's mainly the ombre effect that is special about it - I have no shortage of similar pink blushes. I'll try Sudden nail polish soon too - I do love my pink Dior NP's.

I don't believe the reasons we're told. Either they keep records of which products and colors that sell in different parts of the world and then distribute the goods accordingly - or it's a pure coincidence which products turn up where.

I use/love the MAC Marylin powder which is more peach/pink based so it's weird they chose the powder like that. But you're right, there is no lack of pretty things to buy lol.

In Belgium there is the pink blurring powder and the coral blush. I bought the pink powder, the lip scrub and one of the lipsticks (I think fuschia twist, should check).

I'll go back when the testers will be there.

Unfortunately, Dior doesn't even ship to Belgium, so no online buying from them. TG for some Dutch online stores and escentual!

I have not yet tried it, as the SA wrapped my purchases in one of those beautiful gift boxes, and I didn't unwrap yet.

She said it's rather matte, and that if I also use a highlighter, I have to put the highlighter last. OK...

I wish I had been more interested in powders back then - that Marilyn powder sounds lovely. Lol, somehow I think you'll find some new items of interest

The blush is a medium candy pink and reminds me of a more blue-based version of Chanel JC Crescendo which I think you have. I took some indoor pics during the evening:

The blurring powder did not provide much coverage over moisturiser alone - it has visible silver glitters and a pearly white luminous sheen when applied. I initially tried it with the brush provided.

I then tried it over a powder foundation using my new Wayne Goss air brush and noticed dozens of small glitter particles on my face. It made my skin look shiny after a few hours (and not in a good way). I think it would be better suited to dry skin. I might try it with my preferred powder brush, the MAC 129.

Thanks my dear for all the info & pics!!! It's so helpful. I think I have 120947976386 pink blushes that look just like that LOL!!! Why oh why do they have to put glitter in any makeup! Very fine sparse shimmy is ok, but not glitter.

Judging from these pictures the pink powder definitely has less shimmer than the golden one.
