I got the sample of Mon Guerlain.
On me I think it smells like a slightly lighter version of La Vie est Belle.
It reminds me of something else as well... a gourmand... I can't put my finger on it.
But fragrance is so different on everyone.

Mon Guerlain doesn't have the patchouli that SI and La vie est belle have, that probably why you feel it smell lighter.
Some saw some similarities with Rihanna Rebelle Fleur.

Ah, I forgot about Si! Another one I wanted to like but didn't. I've not been loving many fragrances lately.

I agree, the patchouli makes it different. I don't notice much patchouli in Si, but I get it in la vie est belle. But I'm sort of anti-patchouli, it does weird things, smells very strong in my skin even if faint in a fragrance.

Awickedshape you might want to try Tocca Cleopatra, it has the same DNA of SI and LVEB. My personal taste declaring Tocca Cleopatra the winner, lighter, and less sweet but still with patchouli. But if you do not want any patchouli but still want a sweet/gourmand scent try Tom Ford Noir pour femme, I love that perfume and it is super well blend.
