Anyone tried the brush 141???

Do you have a synthetic foundation brush already? If so, I don't think the 141 is necessary. I used it at a counter and it didn't seem to offer anything remarkably different from other ones. There may be someone who adores that particular shape--which I admit is unique although perhaps a bit like the stiffer contour 163--but in terms of performance I didn't see anything that warranted shifting from the brushes that I already have.

I know, that is no Becca's thread, but help me Ladies. Which one pressed highlighter to choose: Champagne Pop or Moonstone? Which is the best? And maybe nothing?

I have several, real techniques, Sephora pro flawless airbrush #56, #55, and MUFE #130, #160 #142 and #150.... So yes I guess my interested is coming from the unusual shape but if it does the same basic job, maybe the MUFE #150 can be used the same way ... money saved.

The mua artist matched me with dark in both the face colour and the powder so i got both plus the powder brush.

The dark face color evens out the lighter part of my face but the dark powder just makes me look darker and orange when i put it on top so im thinking of just going back and exchanging the powder for a lighter shade maybe medium dark since i use the med dark in mineralize skinfinish natural. I do love how it looks together though. It looks like im not wearing making (but with the dark powder you can cuz i was looking orange lol)

the brush... is just heaven. It feels so good when i use it and im suprised since its synthetic

that chart is weird. i am nc15/20 and light plus looks like good match and it is definitely more yellow than just light.

Some MAC foundations are just more yellow than others. Matchmaster is also too yellow for me.

Why I said that is because in that chart they are recommending light plus for NW which makes no sense to me since it appears more yellow than light.

I planned on buying this today but after all the yellow comments just picked up a sample. I hope it works for me.

I'm nw 20 and so far light plus isn't pulling too yellow on me, but I've only worn it once and I didn't get a chance to look at the truth mirror (sun visor mirror) after I put it on. I also need to compare it to my face and body, I know Karen at makeupandbeautyblog said it's less sheer but I think it might be more sheer just more blurring?

LOL the "truth mirror" I love it. I'm seeing a lot of mixed reports on the coverage in reading different reviews. I have to assume that someone is going in with different application techniques. I'm still stunned at one Youtube video (I posted the link here a few days ago), where deep toned freckles were covered using this foundation. I don't see that as a possibility with this product without adding pro longwear concealer to the formula. But there you go, video evidence proving me wrong! Must admit this formula has me intrigued because it's such a mystery.

Let us know? Would love to get your report! :)

I'm NW 15 and Light Plus is a good match for me. I have been using it over my foundation as recommended by my MAC MUA and I like the way it looks in indoor lighting. Not sure about outdoor lighting. I wear a Shiseido foundation with high SPF in the summer. I am curious to see if it works as well with that.

Did it seem slightly glowy & diffusing to you?

I had a sample of it and couldn't find a good match. Light Plus was a little too yellow on me and a little light. Medium oxidized too much on me. The truth mirror confirmed (I love that lol). I didn't think it had more coverage than F&B though. Especially since F&B is somewhat buildable and this didn't seem terribly buildable.

I watched that video you posted because I also have freckles. Mine aren't extremely deep, but they are definitely there. In my experience, even with light coverage foundations, if I purchase a foundation to match my "freckle shade" (aka my self tan shade haha), my freckles basically disappear. I felt like that is what could have been happening with the girl in that video...the color she used might have matched her freckles moreso than her face if that makes sense, and gave the effect that there was more coverage than there actually is.
