MAC Fruity Juicy Collection (Summer 2017)

Looks like the Fix+, the bag (that's a surprise to me!), Cha Cha Cha and Shake Shake Shake are the only things to have sold out in Canada. My order from the Bay has already shipped and I ordered extra Fix+ and the Pearlmatte earlier today from MAC in a moment of weakness.

I use Fix+ all the time and wanted one to hide in my stash away from my youngest daughter. I bought her a Fix+ as well, but I could foresee her 'borrowing' mine repeatedly since she'll probably run out before I do.

I wanted one of the lip glasses that had sold out first thing. I guess the bag must be Mac online only? Wanted to get it for a friend but it doesn't appear to be available at the Bay ( and of course it sold out right away in Canada which I wasn't really expecting).

I checked this morning (before it went up on MAC) and I saw the Lustre Drops listed but not the rest of the collection. When I searched for the collection by name, everything popped up. I don't usually order from the Bay, but I thought it was worth a shot because I wanted the Fix+ and didn't have time or the inclination to stalk MAC.

I can't believe the makeup bag sold out - they usually end up discounted. Maybe they made a smaller quantity this time.

Belk is just trash, Imo. About a week ago, I ordered some colored mascaras and Crystal Glaze Glosses from there, the order was cancelled. I called and asked why, since the items were all still in stock and I has enough money, and they had already charged me. They told me it was a mistake and to order again, so I did. They charged me again and cancelled it again. Still waiting to get my money back.

That sucks. I have no idea why my order was cancelled. Was the first time I ordered there. I won't order again.

You weren't using a card that wasn't issued in the US by any chance? They usually cancel if you are, even if you have a US billing address listed on the card.

I ended up getting the baiana bronzer, oh my passion, si si me, and fix +.
I might give either fix + or the pearlmatte to my friend for her birthday, but undecided which she may like more.

Oh I forgot all about Baiana Bronze. I just came back from picking up my Nordies order I could have taken a look. Let me know how it is. I was so mad I missed the bag. I started calling some stores and they said they were all sold out. I asked how many they had gotten in and they said 2. I said okay I'll give up now and did not call any more stores.

Oh my passion seemed to have lasted forever on the UK site. I am sure it will sell out at some point, but it's too hyped.

It's still in stock on the US site now. I think once more people start reviewing it, it may sell out or else it may end up in the Goodbyes section.

That is the reason why I skipped the eyeshadow palettes. I saw several YT reviews and the eyeshadow palettes are described as patchy and lack pigmentation.

Oh really? I swatched the green one and it seemed lovely. I was actually really tempted to get it even though I tend not to wear green e/s with my green eyes.

I did get Si, Si, Me, Love at First Bite, Cha Cha Cha, La Salsa, and the 125 brush today at the counter. Already have Oh My Passion and the Fix + from Nordies. Baiana Bronze was a beautiful color, but I have so many bronzers!

Also- a little surprised all the glosses sold out on MAC... they are pretty, but I feel glosses haven't been selling out in recent years. Hoping this is the return of gloss!

I went to Nordstrom this morning and got all the lipsticks, shake, shake, shake and cha-cha-cha. I picked Oh My Passion at Macy's with a gift card. Kind of bummed I didn't order the bag online this morning. It really didn't seem like many people wanted the bag, I really thought I was going to be able to pick it up on sale. I'm going to try to find it in a free standing store. Hopefully they restock online.

i really wanted the bag!!! actually, if it had been available, i probably would have had an easier time sticking with my original plan, which was si si me and the bag....

I got Oh my Passion and Love at First Bite. I've never used Fix+ before but wanted to try the coconut one but it was sold out already. Kinda want the Fruit La La palette.

Yea they should work great, based on my skin tone, but they do something weird with my eye color and I have a hard time getting it to look good. I do sometimes wear green liner, but a whole green look is not my best look! I am still thinking about that palette though... the neutrals in there might be enough to convince me that I'll use it!

I am not even a secret gloss lover, I am an in yo face gloss lover haha. I just can't with long lasting mattes, my lips shrivel up and die!!

Two bags? I wonder if they put them out or you had to know to ask for them. The last time I asked for a bag in store from one of the collections, they didn't know what I was talking about.
When I went to Macy's last night. one of the SA said that they had only gotten six of one of the shades of cremesheen glasses (Summer Succulence or ChaChaCha). I know that MAC is not as hot as it once was but you would think that they would at least have more than 6 of an item.

Last night at the Macy's Mac counter, I picked up:

Si, Si, Me. Debating about Love at First Bite. The other two lipsticks were a no go
La Salsa and Shake, Shake,Shake Cremesheen Glasses. I couldn't swatch the other two as they removed the testers but they would probably be too light for me.
Oh My, Passion Face Powder- mainly for the design.

I'm also still undecided about the bronzers because I have most of those shades or dupes of them. I still have to get the lustre drops next week.

I stopped at my FS MAC store and ended up with Love in the Glades and Si, Si, Me. With the pearlmatte and the Fix+, this is the most I've bought from A MAC collection in a very long time.

In case anyone was wondering- Si, Si, Me on top, Feel My Pulse from Temperature Rising on bottom... glad they are less similar than I thought in my head
