They've told me that in the past too. But, this year I've seen some of my orders ship over the weekend. I don't know how it's possible. I think they do lie because I just placed my order as soon as I received notification and then it shipped Sunday.

Me too!!! Ugh! I called CS this morning & she said it was at the end of the process & would ship today. I called a little while ago & this CS person told me it was on a delay...what??? So I asked for a supervisor & that person said that CS person was wrong, it was not delayed & it was a normal 2 day processing & I should get a tracking number today yet. He wasn't even nice to me. It has not shipped as of now. The first person did say that they have been having delayed shipping issues at the warehouse. I told them other orders shipped right away, so why does this keep happening to mine....eh, they don't even know what to say to me. I just had to call them on my last order which sat for 5 days until I called & complained. Not happy with Sephora at all.

Just off the phone with CS again lol. This gal knew her stuff & apologized over & over to me for all the issues & pretty much admitted to me after reading the NOTES LOLOL!!! in my account (why do I have so many notes on my accounts) :rotfl: that I have been lied to. Anyhow, my order has an id # which means that it is getting ready to ship. It is an issue with the warehouse that my orders ship from. They are expanding it & having delay issues.

To add to the Sephora shipping discussion. I ended up doing a short chat session with someone yesterday afternoon. She too said that their processing/warehouse was having some kind of issues and that they were behind. I told her thank you and that I would keep an eye on my account. So...it is affecting numerous people.

p.s. I just logged into my Sephora account and see that my order shipped yesterday...so perhaps they are catching up. ;)

I wouldn't be surprised. I am sure I read an article recently that reported that EL is struggling to re-position the brand with younger clientele and that Kendall Jenner repping the EE brand hasn't necessarily pulled them in like anticipated. Sorry, I can't remember where I read this, my memory has been really poor lately. If I come across the article again I will post it.
I personally hope it's a sign that the Kardashian-Jenner grip on pop culture is weakening.

It wasn't on my radar but I gave in to the hype and purchased the Natasha Danona Sunset palette. I've read nothing but good reviews and the colors are gorgeous. This will pair very nicely with my Viseart Warm Matte palette. I hope it lives up to my expectations.

I think I read the same article! In all honesty, I haven't purchased anything by EL until the VB collection, but that collection was incredible. Did your Modern Mercury come? Do you love it? I ended up caving on Saffron sun and I'm very happy I did. It's gorgeous!:icon_cheers:
