MAC Fruity Juicy Collection (Summer 2017)

I'm really happy with Oh My Passion, it's such a great every day blush on me. I can see it going with pretty much anything because of the neutral tones. The only other thing I got was Si Si Me but I haven't tried it yet. I really love this packaging but nothing else is calling my name!

Tried my mom's Love in the Glades palette over the weekend and was very pleased with the quality. In the past I feel palettes like this from MAC have had at least one or two dry, patchy shades, but these were all very nice. Smooth, blend-able, they made for a great look.
Also tried Calm Heat l/s... not a big fan. There are better nude lipsticks for me for sure.

I really like Love in the Glades; I wore it a few times over the weekend. I haven't created a look just from the palette, but chosen a couple to wear with other shades I already have each time. I liked enough of the individual shades and they were different enough from what I already own that it was worth getting. I haven't found any of the colours patchy, and I've worn all of them.

Agree! My look was just from the palette and I found there was enough diversity in texture/shades to do a great look that way.

My Si Si Me arrived today & it's super pretty on! I even love how it looks on my lips as the color fades. Thanks for your pic & talking me into it dear!!! :kisskiss:

I wore shake shake shake today and it was fabulous! It has been YEARS since I bought a mac gloss, but it was so beautiful and left this gorgeous coral stain. Plus my lips looked SO plump! I was super impressed. Am trying to talk myself out of getting a backup. I think we may have similar coloring- freckles and all that. This would probably look gorgeous on you!

Bought only 2 items from the collection Fruit a la la eye palette and the coconut fix plus. I am loving the colors in the eye palette... they are pretty pigmented (Compared to previous collection eye shadows that mac released) . here's a pic of me wearing the Fruit a la la eye palette ( reddish pink palette)

Ordered the Fix+ from this collection from Belk last week. I was shocked when it actually shipped, and said "The only thing they could possibly do now is ship me the wrong item."

There was another possibility: they put it in a small bubble mailer and I only received the mailer and the packaging slip. Thank goodness I was home and was able to sign that I refused a damaged package.

But that probably means Belk will just refund my money. Sigh. This was the only thing I wanted from this collection.

OK so my gloss thoughts-- LOVE LOVE LOVE La Salsa!!! It is a pinky purple juicy gloss with a hint of shimmer. The shimmer actually looks more prominent in the tube and in a swatch. On my lips it was just nice and glowy looking. This is possibly my new favorite gloss. It will certainly be a good replacement for my last fave purple-y gloss, Rhythm from Temperature Rising.
Also got Cha Cha Cha. It's a pretty natural hint of peachy melon on. Very juicy looking again, and as someone mentioned, makes my lips look really nice and full. If you have pigmented lips, this might end up looking clear on you.

I saw it on there! I also wanted the Buxom Whipped Liquid Lipstick, so it actually worked out better because I was able to use a coupon for $15 off $40 (Macy's is doing a few of these "no exception" coupons for a few areas - Portland, OR and one other location, I can't remember). Plus, I got $5 back in Macy's Money to use in June.

The only downside (for now) is that Fix+ is listed for estimated ship date of June 12. As long as I still get it, that's all I care about!

That really sucks. I am so sorry for you. I am glad though they cancelled my order. I won't do Belk again.
