It's possible. I'm really hoping that isn't the holiday packaging, especially with a name like Snowball...I'd really like an iridescent white. I'm super excited for this!

With that massive snowflake imprint? I'm betting it is the holiday in that packaging. I'm thinking the product in that circulated photo is one of those "impalpable glow" powder things and not WOG as people have been rumouring it to be. I could be wrong though.

Oooh right, I forgot about the snowflake on it. The label definitely said Whisper of Gilt though. Just searched on Instagram and found the pic:

I was really hoping that wasn't the holiday packaging, doesn't go with the theme at all and it's ugly. It looks more like summer packaging.

My thoughts: I love this packaging, but it does not speak holiday to me. And I do not want or need another WOG. So unless another EDSF shade or two is on offer, it's a skip for me.

impalpable glare sounds like something i do not want on my face...the word 'glare' is pretty harsh.
at the moment i am just looking forward to the red lipsticks...maybe an eyeshadow if they seem different enough from what we have seen in the past...
but i'm pretty bummed about no blushes. i feel like i'm done with lipstick and highlighter.

Yeah, I kinda wonder what MAC has against blushes lately, none in Fruity Juicy, none in Nutcracker Sweet, none in Magic Of The Night and none in this collection. They used to always have blushes in every summer and holiday collection. BTW what the hell is up with all of the lipgloss, lipstick and pigment sets only having 3 items in them? I swear they better be lowering the price if that's the case. But if not, the lipsticks and new EDES are enough to keep me happy.

I quite like it. It's like an ode to the fallen leaves of fall and the coming snowflakes of winter. Re the name, MAC has been known to have working names during production and then the end product has a different name. So unless there's going to be another winter collection a la Mariah Carey, this may be winter.

I agree re the packaging.

It certainly seems like it would be odd to have a major collection with a snow theme, then something with a snow(flake) imprint in a different collection, so it could be that they've changed the type of product going in that compact to these new powders. Or they're passing WOG off with a new name...! Time will tell I guess.
