I love how it looks on all 3 skin tones here:

Swatches of my Girls (still have another 10 on the way...yep, no self control)
I'm really annoyed at myself for pre-ordering my favourite Girls from NM because Selfridges got them up the day they were released and delivered them within 2 days flat! Anyway, I'm waiting on 10. Yup, I have zero self control. This has been one seriously expensive month between the Victoria Beckham x EL collection and all the new Tom Ford lipsticks!
Anyway, I've posted some of these pics on my instagram and also on makeupalley (I'm not the only one who hangs out both here and there, am I? ������)
Hopefully I get the attachment thing right! Fingers crossed!

I haven't actually tried them all on yet but so far, I'm eh on the Sheers. Lara looks pretty in the Beautylish swatch but on my lips, it's barely pigmented. I do like Leigh a lot though!
Marisa and Zoe are both pretty but they're almost identical to my eye at least. In general, I found that the colours I ordered were underwhelming. Pretty but not wow. I hope that the rest are more exciting!

Yes, NM is taking ages. I wanted to buy during their beauty event.
Glad you like Leigh! It would be cool if it were really Paradiso because I was going to get that full size
That's the only one I chose out of Scarlett, Mariko, Isla, Zoe, Leigh and Monica (which swatched like Coco Ravish on an IGer, so whew!). I'm on to the new full sized ones now lol

These photos are very helpful. I wish they had done this for every "girl" lipstick. The descriptions are interesting though.

Got my Alicia ls today 
LOVE LOVE LOVE it on! It's THE prettiest medium pale soft rose pink on. I LOVE how it makes my lips look
