MAC Snowball / Snow Ball collection (Holiday 2017)

Okay I'm actually getting more excited about this collection now! :) Think Im getting one of the compacts, one eyeshadow, one lipstick and then maybe a gift box for myself for christmas!

A bit off topic, but when I was trying to log in to see the lipstick set, the site wouldn't recognize my password. It does this to me quite often, usually everytime I log in it tells me pass is wrong the first time, but then works the second time. But at least 10 times now, my password has stopped working completely and has to be reset. Has anybody else had this problem? I'm getting pretty pissed over it.

YES! Last night ...irritated with the site. I just reset and it was okay. But what is the problem with the site???

Yes, this happened to me last month. Said my password was incorrect but I know it's right. I haven't reset it yet, I was going to call customer service first. I buy so rarely from Mac these days I haven't needed to look at my account in a while. Still haven't gotten around to calling CS though.

Clarification requested: what is being released in each part? I thought that the first wave was the sets and the second wave was the separate items?
Does the first wave include the lipsticks?

Why I ask: Contacted a local Nordstrom store and wanted to place a pre-order for a lipstick and eye shadow; can be picked up on Thursday. They had the lipstick but not the eyeshadow so I contacted a different store in the area and placed pre-order for just the shadow. The second store said that it would not ship until the second wave while the first store said that I could come in on Thursday (or call when they opened) to purchase the shadow but they only received 2/3 for sale that day. I have not been attentive to recent MAC releases but I'm confused...

I keep hearing that the single items come first and the sets are second, but who knows since MAC always gives wrong information.

Since I used to be a network admin I know the software can be set to require certain levels of secur. It would be nice if they had a message telling people if they were doing this, though. I don't think their web site people are that professional.

Me, too! I LOVE the packaging. I wish that there were more non-matte lipsticks, though. I have a lot of mattes and my lips are getting too old for them. I'm debating about the classic lipstick set. I love the packaging for it but they're all mattes... I'll be getting some of the e/s and at least 1 of the face powders, for certain.

Same happened to me. Must have been a glitch. I even asked for a new password and didn't get one. Tried an hour later and I was sent a new password to reset.

This has happened to me 3 times now, including yesterday when I was trying to order lipstick kits for my nieces. I called MAC and they re-set my password yet again. I also told them that many people on a couple of makeup blogs had the same issue and we are all loyal MAC customers who are getting quite fed up with their terrible website. Due to the password issue the CSR was not even able to place my order on the phone. I told her to let management know that this is a MAJOR issue and counter productive to obsessed members. I then told her that I would not be ordering again anytime soon and would be purchasing Fenty Beauty instead.

I don't think this was the reason as I could reset it to my old password.

yes happened to me too !!!

it is so annoying

also whenever i log in it still shows like i am not logged in nor i have account but when i click on the cart to check out suddenly it shows i am logged into my account.

i never get any preview emails (i am obsessed) nor any notifications i have to manually look for stuff

I want early access for obsessed, not because I'm afraid of stock running out but because I'm impatient. I didn't buy the $70 mini lipsticks, I already own a lot of them in full size.
