Yes, wouldn't you think that they would make it available for the regular sale! I could call CS 5 times tonight & get 5 different answers lol

I hope they saved some for the regular sale. I know their warehouse was hugely backed up with orders. An item I ordered in the 12th just shipped yesterday. The CS rep said all the orders had been coming out of stores. Mine was coming from the warehouse. So who knows? Maybe there’s a whole bunch of those TF sets in there that will show up again.

Yes, that's true. I had an item that just went missing in shipping. Nordies overnighted me a new order of it. Fortunately my size was still in stock. Between them & the Anthro sale :doh: I ordered THE cutest baby bracelet from Nordies for Ruby...it's silver & engraved with twinkle twinkle little star ...which we have a video of her singing that song to us :cloud9: I thought it would make a great Christmas gift.

Good to know. Maybe I'll get my answer on what happened to my phone order. I called today and they said they found an order in the system but nothing in the pick up area. They thought it might be at the counter like I thought but nope. Salesperson is supposed to be in tomorrow so we'll see.

Youre lucky you got your BU in the end. I’ve had multiple (non-makeup) items cancelled multiple times on me in the last two days. Most depressing sale ever. Sorry Nordstrom.

I was able to get in touch with the salesperson who took my phone order and she told me where my order was. I will pick it up tomorrow. I wore the Iris Bronze quad today. I quite liked it. It will be a nice go with everything quad for me. I wore it with Intuition blush (my go with everything blush), Reflect Gilt highlighter shades mixed, and casablanca mini lipstick. I did end up putting Chanel Caresse lipgloss on top later though and quite liked that combo too. I don't know that I really need a back up but I will pick it up since I paid for it and make a decision about it later. I may just give it as a gift. But now that I think about it I really did like that bronzey shade and kind of left a dent in it already. A quad is definitely a better value than the singles.

I was really lookingforward to this palette, especially as I’ve felt like Tom Ford himself seems tohave lost any interest in the brand. In the past few years, the unique productsor colours seem to have stopped and some of his collections just seem odd andunwearable to me. (Really – black eye gloss for spring?)

I was thinking about your post when I tried the product today but I really mostly used the bottom two shades. I used the gold metallic in the inner corner so and the the lighter color to highlight the brow bone and I couldn't lay my hands on my usual highlighter brush so I couldn't really speak to the application. I used the Sonia G Worker Two for the Bronze shade. In my magnified mirror I could see the coppery reflects in the shade and I just loved it. I don't know that it was so apparent in the regular mirror. I do wish the color was a bit deeper but I didn't really attribute it to lack of pigmentatation. I was just thinking it was because the color was kind of close to my skin color but I could be wrong. I put the darker color in the crease with the Sonia G Crease One and in the outer V with the Pencil Two. I think it made for a nice look when I was done. I'll play with them a few more times to see if I can get more looks out of it.

Sorry you had a bad experience but yeah return it. There is always more coming. BTW Has anyone heard of anything coming out for fall? Seems like we should have heard something by now.

Seriously! That stinks & I agree that it was one of the most problematic sales in the history of sales! Sorry that happened to you :heart: I'm just happy that Ruby's twinkle twinkle bracelet didn't get cancelled. I was worried because the ship notice was taking so long.

Oh, I also had an order for a pair of Kate Spade sunglasses that they assured me they had...cancelled the next morning. ugh! I can't believe that the TF didn't get cancelled again.

On a funny note, I bought 2 Hoola Hoops today LOL. One for Ruby & one for grandma :p so I could do it with her.

One of the biggest problems I'm having is with a pair of Kate Spade reading glasses. Oh well. My current order has not cancelled for a few hours now so this is the farthest I've gotten. Ruby's bracelet sounds adorable! I'm sure she will love hula hooping with you too! Or maybe you'll be having more fun than she will? LOL

:) Maybe so. Funny, the ones I bought are called Hoola not Hula lol. Grandpa bought her a huge bubble wand & bubble stuff. I love KS readers! I hope you are able to get them. I can't believe I've already been doing a little bit of Christmas shopping.

Maybe the spelling is a trademarked thing? I'd be Christmas shopping already too if I had an adorable granddaughter. :cloud9:
