For all our Canadian members, it looks like the blue case is available at Holt Renfrew. Meteorites too.
Blue case at Hudson's Bay as well.

I believe the embossed lipsticks are still up at Saks, but I don't think they are in limited edition colors.

They're available directly from Guerlain, but it would cost me almost £50 with shipping. Escentual usually has a 10% discount and free shipping, so that would be £40.50.
