I have nothing against sneak peaks, but lately I've been finding I'd much rather wait for an official sneak peak from an actual promo image. These lift a bit of the magic because a) they're usually not good pics and b) it's still (end of) august... I want to be in the mood to see holiday!

Seeing the photos, I was not convinced of the new Chanel blush - Ombre, because brown blush? It's almost like a bronzer, but ... when I put it on my cheeks, I fell in love with how beautiful it looks and what effect it has on the face and ... I bought it. It is wonderful.
I love Chanel blushes, they are second to none.

So I ordered the new longwear concealer in B10. I am always 10 in Chanel and LOVED the original concealer in 10. It was THE most perfect skin match. When I first saw the swatches, I thought the new 10 looked lighter and slightly more pink than the slight yellow tone to the old one. I got it today and I was correct. They changed the shade slightly and it is lighter and more pink. I was so disappointed that I called Chanel to complain. They should never change the shade.

Wonderful. Not. And it looks like the concealer doesn't come in BD01 fair golden? Lexi Jong who is actually neutral-cool recently chose BD01 as her best match in the Ultra Le Teint foundation. I wonder why they don't offer that shade in the concealer?

That's a good question. I like Lexi. I have no idea what Chanel is thinking, but it's not clearly. It's so hard to find a concealer that looks natural because it matches your skin and then you do and they change it. I told them they should never change shades. They can add one, but don't change the existing one. It's ok, but I really love the old shade

Bought mine too and it so love it, works best with a monochromatic look!

I got both of those too. I love the color of the grey much more than the Gris Stylo Yeux. Why are these things LE? The RA Laques are also LE.

I have no idea why they would make these LE. I just bought one of the #5 red ls. I can't spell it. They are doing much new.

No! I'll search it out Hopefully I am not too late. I did buy the new blush with the pearls on top. It's pretty.

I also ordered the e/s quad and the Blush Lumiere in Brun Roussi. I'm hoping the blush isn't too glittery.

I also ordered the eyeshadow palette, along with the two blushes and the yellow nail polish. I also picked up the La Comète blushes (these feel like old school Chanel to me), and one of the new lip/cheeck pots. It was definitely a very tempting week with so many new launches!

The Comete blushes were tempting, but I was even more afraid of glitter in those. Would love to hear your thoughts on everything you picked up!
