I can never do without them BUT they messed them up the past couple of years. smaller amount of product and they are softer more fragile so i end up with half of the crushed dust on the bottom and some balls... makes me sad compared to the old ones

I was having this issue for years. You have to go into your account and check "receive emails" sometimes even if it's checked no emails ever (happened to me) so go into account check or uncheck and check again. they should start coming
