For this look I used color-changing eyeshadows ("Kaleidoscopes") from Pure Luxe... They change to similar but opposite colours, so if the inner e/s changes from silver to teal, the other changes from teal to silver. The camera can't really capture the look, but you get an idea... Please excuse...
