Agree, nothing this year wowed me. I really liked Giambattisa Valli but even with that the colors weren't anything super groundbreaking and it was a small collection. I hope 2016 is better!

Yeah they do release collections this year but not to the point that it was a must have.. The only lipsticks i like this year i think was lavender jade? That's pretty much it..

I so agree! I've completely lost interest in MAC products. It just seems like they're just releasing stuff just to release stuff.

I completely agree. I am loosing interest in Mac too. Don't even get me started on the games they play with LE stuff.
They need to work on their permanent line, IMLTHO. Not just releasing new perm products but reformulating existing ones. *cough*matte eye shadows*cough*

Collaborations with designers is different though ,as long as it is not every other month.
If you look at past years archived collections you will notice less celebrity collaborations . Yes we have had them, I remember Diana Ross Liza Minelli etc.,
but those collections were once a year. MAC used to be much more creative in their campaigns, I feel they play it very safe now.

Maybe it's just me but I'm more excited about MAC now than when I first discovered them because of YouTube circa '09 Wouldn't mind Carbon in a Matte2 tho lol
I think all the Mattes should be converted to Matte2. It really is the superior matte formula.

I totally agree, I wish there were more mattes overall as well. Although I feel MAC has a great range of mattes compared to some other brands.

I wish there was a mid tone rose matte. One of my favorite shades lately has been seductress by Lorac, but I much prefer MAC's matte formula
