21 weeks pregnant...

...and am going for the second scan on Wednesday! Am super excited, hoping all is well with the baby. Despite much controversy when I tell people, we are going to find out the sex!

I find most of the baby/pregnancy specific sites and forums rather daunting, so was happy to discover this thread as a new member of Spektra

Any stories or words of wisdom you can share will be muchly appreciated, I'm worrying about everything!

Congratulations, I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy! Everyone always has negative stories to tell about being pregnant, but don't listen..I have had a wonderful one so far, it has been the most amazing time in my life

congrats!!!! I also got the same reaction from my parents when we tols them we were going to find out however, more and more am leaning towards a surprise...but it's still early days i might change my mind

Congratulations! With my children, I always wanted to find out the sex. Have a wonderful and happy 9 months!

This is my second pregnancy and with both I found out the sex of the baby and with both I never got a single reaction out of anyone about doing that...weird. Is it because in america it's pretty standard to find out the sex?
