Well, ladies, I feel like I have never had to WORK so hard for $50 before in my life. lol I called in at 9:54 and got off the phone at 10:42. I wasn't on hold long before I got Camille on the line. She was super sweet. Guess who apparently was never on "the list"? I was on hold for a total of 6 times during this call. I have the Sephora hold song memorized. I will need a lobotomy to get that song out of my head.
I told her that I was looking at my automated response email so I KNOW that I sent it on the 11th. So "as a one time courtesy" she said they would give me the $50 credit because they looked at my account and saw the points and such. Poor Camille's computer gave her problems and she had to talk to a supervisor four times but my order with the $50 credit FINALLY went through. I got ballsy at the end and asked about getting any points for the trouble and mentioned the 1,000 points some people had been given. She said that they had never given anyone 1,000 points and that it was just a rumor circulated on social media "to get people stirred up." lol Anyway, I got $50 and 250 points. She was very polite and apologized many times. I made sure to thank her profusely at the end because she was great and I'm sure she's having a rough day. I got an email confirmation and the $50 credit was applied so now I can finally put all this behind me.
