Yes, 2 day flash shipping for Rouge is free. I end up getting mine the next day because I'm not too far from their distribution center. It's a nice perk.

I really like it! Its an all shimmer/metalic palette, but it has a really sophisticated and refined look to the finish. It's not BAM in your face glitter/sheen unless you use them wet
They blend SO WELL, and mix with the other shades nicely. Im able to make custom colors by mixing the shades! I'm all about versatility when it comes to makeup! I wish Viseart would do a bright colored palette in this formula. Indoor/no flash:

All but one felt really smooth and nice to swatch. But the one that felt a little stiffer and dryer still had good color payoff! I'm pretty impressed so far!

I'm Rouge and in the US. This is what it says in my Beauty Insider section. Rouge shipping was always free 3 day and the $25 flash shipping option was for non-Rouge I believe. This is why I was so confused! Lol
