Yes. The problem that I've found w/Nordies is no clear rhyme or reason about what items ship UPS or USPS. I was expecting clothing to arrive tomorrow and they sent one item today via UPS. They never indicated that some items would be shipped separately, which is unusual for them.

I've had an item on order for 5 days & it still says processing. I called CS & they said the delay is because its shipping from their brand new warehouse in PA which "isn't quite up to the shipping because it's so new"

I told her that they used to be the best & fast, & so they fixed it & broke it & now people are very unhappy with their service.

Did you get the email from Ebates yet? I know I'm due for a check on 11/15 so I've been keeping an eye out but I haven't gotten anything yet. I'm definitely getting the gift card since my Sephora cart totals around $300 worth of make up that I don't need but can't pass up.

TOTALLY AGREE. my brushes were not holding up well with the liquid. Shedding and an IT brush fell apart.

Hmmm. To be honest. I've tried both the liquid and the soap and I don't think the liquid is that good lol. They both work great for eye brushes but for my foundation brushes, the liquid doesn't do a very good job. *sigh* I'm going to try your baby shampoo trick though.

Which one (s) Pretty??? The one with the burgundy case??? I've looked at that E/S single for months because I was intrigued by it but I don't think I'd reach for it enough. I tend to forget about my singles.

That's what I was finding too Shars. Some brushes got clean so easily, and quickly. The soap didn't work well with my foundation brushes and I found myself using both
Bronner's & Baby shampoo. I can't stand a residual stain on my brushes!!! Then after the shedding started and one brush fell completely apart I started using my baby
shampoo with a little bit of baby oil to condition the bristles again.

I thought hubs was going to have to take me to the hospital last night my stomach pains were so severe, but I hate hospitals & doctors so I toughed it out & I feel so much better today.
