What! I want an email like that! I feel like I should call. Placing a phone order is such a hassle that when BNA came back in stock the other day I just ordered it w/ no discount. :dunno:
Maybe just new VIBR got the mail? Im VIBR since yesterday

Perhaps, but I didn't see anything in that fine print about rouging during the sale. That'd make sense... but that would also upset me because then they should just let all rouges shop??


Not at you at all, but I'm frustrated at Sephora!!! Are we not good enough to get access to the sale too because we already spent the 1k before instead of newly rouging? Lol the logic is simply not there. and I know that you can call in or go in store and they'll honor it but it's just annoying to have to jump through hoops and to even read that some stores are turning people away!

Guess it depends on location because I went in to grab a rosebud lip balm after crazy winds in Chicago yesterday and had to pay full price. I got a "thank you for being rogue" immediately followed by a "sorry".
They tried that at my Sephora and I replied something to the effect of "well, I really don't feel like calling customer service right now and having them correct you...maybe your store just doesn't know the current info...the rouge line assured me I wouldn't have a problem because all employees have been educated..." And they honored it (with a 'tude, of course). I'd call customer service for sure.

I saw it was so raved about on YT and on a bunch of "favorites" videos. The formula is just not doing it for me. It barely shows up--- takes sooo many layers. I'm going to try different brushes than my HG blush brush. All the videos were saying they were "so pigmented" but I'm not feeling it. I'd rather have one solid GA blush (or other brand) for the price.

And they honored it (with a 'tude, of course). I'd call customer service for sure.
YES! I'm glad you put your foot down. I'd definitely do the same. I did that when my local store denied my pre-registered guest a makeup bag at one of the VIBR events even though I showed them the email that literally said so. I stepped out of the store to get service and called the rouge line. It's so annoying to have to fight them on that. It was even the store manager that denied me and I was like... "that's not correct."

:nods: Yes the code is for VIB who made VIBR during the VIB sale period and can no longer use the generic sale code!!
Im waiting Sunday Riley set oos and i read tarte contour palette is coming tomorrow at Sephora. I hope i can get them with the code.

Yes, I have 3X points.

Ulta has been good to me this year- I've gotten $500 in T3 hair styling tools for free. I think between Ulta, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Net-a-Porter, and Space NK (all of which I have locally except N-a-P), I can just about do without Sephora.

Me too. So butthurt that I'm done with Sephora unless/until I receive:


  • the package that took over one week to ship for 4 bloody, stinking face masks (hello incompetence!) and will cost me UPS re-routing fees
  • Emails from Sephora again
  • SNAIL MAIL from Sephora again
  • A dang apology for the abuse I took at a SiJCP since they couldn't be bothered to deal with my mail/email issues

Nice!! I had an exchange and was tempted to get all pissy and put the stuff back. Then I thought about all of the people they're shamelessly turning away. We spend too damn much!

@bunnypoet I googled for swatches of the new Surratt Prismatique lippies and found three on Beauty Professor. Is it just me, or do they look very unexciting? Maybe you are not missing out on much with Jolie Laid...

Ok so I am loving to the fullest the Marc Jacobs remarcable foundation in cocoa medium and the coconut primer. Also the Laura Mercia translucent setting powder and the guerlain terracotta bronzer in #08. This haul was great. Oh yeah and on my eyes the KVD monarch palette. I'm feeling myself today lol

You look amazing! I also finally caved and got the MJ foundation. I only have a sample of the coconut primer, but I'll get it Monday when I can make it to the store.

Just got a card in the mail for 20% off at Armani soon, so I'll order the things I want directly from Armani. Hopefully YSL will also have a sale and I'll grab a few things there as well.
I only got one of the new Armani brushes so far but they are lovely Bosch. They recently had their 15% off sale. I may need to partake of this next one too.

Question for y'all: Should I make the switch from Smashbox BB Cream to Nars Tinted Moisturizer? I wear the shade Dark and it has gotten a bit too dark and yellow toned. I looked at the Nars Malaga shade and it looks more flattering.

I think it was a blessing in disguise that Sephora forgot to include the "Jolie Laid" Prismatique from my order! I read in the Sephora reviews that is almost clear, probably the most sheer out of all the colors. And in Beauty Professor's swatch, it looks almost non-existent as well, save for a bit of shimmer. These are more sheer than expected. I'm curious to see swatches of the other colors. I'm definitely not getting the "Jolie" color. My lips are too pigmented for this to show up on me.

NARS tinted moisturizer is AMAZE BALLS for me. Love Love Love. Grab a sample in a few colors and try it. I just wish it wasn't quite as pricey, but I grabbed a new one during the NARS 'whoops 30%' kerfuffle.
