The softness is a bonus for me. My skin is much more temperamental & acne prone now in my mid 50s than when I was a teen. I use this all over my face about once a week but more often my t-zone or nose & chin. My wacky hormones are hellacious on my skin. Since I've been using Babyfacial my skin is calmer & big reductions in breakouts. My pores are much less congested. With my oily t-zone that has always been an issue. On nights I don't use this I use Skinmedica's 1.0 Retinol or in the morning. I was about to run out & had a return at Sephora so I went ahead & picked up 2. You know how we are here with backups
I don't know if you do this or even want to fool with it. Good skincare products can add up quickly so I try to get as much product out as I can before I toss it. Here's what I do:
I unscrew the pump, sometimes it takes a bit of pressure to get it off. Then I take a wooden shrimp skewer, which I use these for tons of stuff, probably more than their intended purpose. Anyway I stick the flat end inside & get some out then screw it back on & put the lid on so the product stays intact. I can usually get 3-5 more treatments before it bites the dust. If I'm using only on my t-zone or nose & chin I get more.
