Hey Everyone, I emailed Sephora CS on Saturday about a points perk discrepancy. I haven't heard back from them yet. I know they likely don't respond to emails over the weekend, but I was just wondering what the average wait was for a response (from your experience) when contacting through email.
Long story short, a SA at JCP Sephora told me that "today only we're doing something special for our BIs (I'm a rouge member), you can get a mini perfume sample *FOR FREE* with your purchase." She said this after I already declined redeeming any rewards points and explicitly said "I'm saving them." So, I picked my sample and left happily. I went to submit a review for a product later that day and found she took 250 points from my bank! She never told me it would be redeeming points, so I am very frustrated about this because thats $250 dollars worth of points on something I wouldn't have done if I had known for free meant redeeming points. Which, in my mind is not the same thing and should be clarified to customers.
Aaaanyway, I sent a super polite email to CS asking if we can resolve this situation and I'm waiting to hear back. Sephora has had wonderful CS so far, I'm not thinking it will be a problem. Just wondering when they'll get back to me...
