They are single use codes, so you have to know someone at Sephora willing to give you one. We had a member here last year who put hours into providing codes for many here, and unfortunately I think she got into trouble for it with Corporate. I miss her being around (for reasons that have nothing to do with her Sephora connections).

So if you're a regular in the store, you may get lucky!

I believe that. I would probably use Delicate and the lowest setting at first. I just have really sensitive skin. Not prone to breakouts, but things irritate it. I recently tried a MURAD product and it gave me chemical burns. No bueno :(

Hey Everyone, I emailed Sephora CS on Saturday about a points perk discrepancy. I haven't heard back from them yet. I know they likely don't respond to emails over the weekend, but I was just wondering what the average wait was for a response (from your experience) when contacting through email.

Long story short, a SA at JCP Sephora told me that "today only we're doing something special for our BIs (I'm a rouge member), you can get a mini perfume sample *FOR FREE* with your purchase." She said this after I already declined redeeming any rewards points and explicitly said "I'm saving them." So, I picked my sample and left happily. I went to submit a review for a product later that day and found she took 250 points from my bank! She never told me it would be redeeming points, so I am very frustrated about this because thats $250 dollars worth of points on something I wouldn't have done if I had known for free meant redeeming points. Which, in my mind is not the same thing and should be clarified to customers.

Aaaanyway, I sent a super polite email to CS asking if we can resolve this situation and I'm waiting to hear back. Sephora has had wonderful CS so far, I'm not thinking it will be a problem. Just wondering when they'll get back to me...

Hey, TT! Glad to "see" you! It really has been a minute.
Does anyone own a Clarisonic? I've been doing some research on it and I think I may he ready to take the plunge.
I own and love mine. Try to not OD when you use it. Once a day, max, if that.
