Randome question. How close to your birthday does the birthday gifts stars to be available? If sephora has the 22 of november has my birthday (it is not but is the one they have) will i be able to ad it to my caer during the VIB sale?

Your birthday gift is available to you to add to your cart for your entire birth month. So for you, the entire month of November.

I went to Sephora in JCPenney last night to return a foundation and had the hardest time choosing between the Too Faced Everything Nice, Vice 3 and the Tarte Bon Voyage Set.

I ended up going with the TF set and I like it so far! The teal blue in the bottom row is to die for. Although I have a feeling I will purchase the other two sets soon... ahhh haha

I got the A Black Honey Affair Eyeshadow Palette by Clinique in my haul. You will definitely need a primer with these shadows, but I like it. Here are some pics.

I have been looking at this palette because I finished my black honey eyeshadow and for some strange reason, its sold out literally everywhere.

I didn't know if the other shadows would be worth it... I love the swatches though... But I know I will run out of black honey way before any other shadow.... SMH what to do!

Have you tried Lord & Taylor? They are usually forgotten when it comes to makeup, so I have found things there that are sold out everywhere.

I just placed my FnF order. I was very responsible except for one little eyeshadow. I got the Shiseido cotton pads, the sephora beauty unmasked set (I'm running out of my masks and think this is a great way to try new ones before splurging on full sizes), and Ardency inn eyeshadow in hell. All in all, it was the very much abridged and responsible version of my original list. I thought about getting too faced shadow insurance, but I still have some UD primer potion left. Do y'all think one is better than the other/that there's much of a difference between the two? Depending on what y'all say, I may get it during the VIB sale. Thanks in advance!

Urban is ten times better than TF. TF is the only one that I had issue eyeshadow fading and sliding off. I have tried many different primers and that only happened with tf.

Have you tried Nars' primer? I love it more than UD

Thank you everyone! @elegant I had a little chuckle at your Algenist recommendation! But you haven't steered me wrong yet! I've never tried NARS primer. Mostly because it is colorless and I have (faint) veins on my lids. Do y'all think that would be an issue?

I don't think the Algenist one is for the lids...but I'm not sure. I think its just a face primer. Its so awesome LOL

You can add your birthday gift to your VIB order for sure. I just got mine and I made an order on the 16th and my birthday is on the 1st but I was told I could have gotten it even before then so I suspect it's up to a month before and possibly even after your actual b.day date.
