LOL! You're welcome : ) The contour brush is gorgeousness and I love his new lip liner in Cafe Au Lait. Going to use the liner on my water line instead of a lip liner.Thank you! I'll pop into Sephora later this afternoon. (Even though I went last night :sigh: ) Its like a freaking candy store!
You know I would love to wait to order certain things. In fact, I've tried to on a few occasions, but whenever I do, the things that I wanted are always gone. I findwhen i first swatched it i kneeeeeew i couldn't leave without it. it felt sooo good and surprisingly didnt kick back powder. its so velvety smoooth like rubbing a baby azz or something. im glad i went with the hi def one tho cuz the peachy tone for the highlight will better suit my tone. the middle shade would be more like a banana powder which can come off ashy for me!
i just put one shade in my loves section cuz i've heard good things about it. im more of a neutral natural nail polish type of gal so i chose flourescent beige. i've been loving formula x right now and i honestly never paid alot for nail polishes but im willin to invest in a good shade i know i'll wear as a staple!!
i think im gonna re-up some funds to save up for april and do a huge haul. i now want MJ J'adore lippie and that liner set still avail...does anyone know if it's perm?
Also i wanna do that becca eye brightner corrector which seems to go in and out of stock!! **le sigh** i know imma drop at LEASSSST $200!!!
Thanks dear, that helps.
Yeah idk! 40's description is light gold & light bronze while 20's is soft pink and medium bronze ???? Very confusing! Thanks dear, that helps. Reading the reviews of this, I think that some people bought the 40 thinking it was supposed to be the lightest shade for fair skin (because its listed first in the swatches) when I think that 20 is the lightest correct?
I think I'm going to get 20.Yeah idk! 40's description is light gold & light bronze while 20's is soft pink and medium bronze ???? Very confusing!
I think that's a good decision! I love the bronze shade in itI think I'm going to get 20.
I am wondering the same here. I am NW15 with pink undertones but the lightest Dream Filter shade looks like it would be nice.Do you think the MJ Dreamer Contour powder is too dark for an NC 20/25? I'm really loving the pink on that since I have pinky undertones.
Fabulous! Everything looks so beautiful on youThis one's for you Kiki!!! I waited until I had all of the items from this Dolce & Gabbana collection before swatching, so here you go. This photo, taken in natural sunlight captures the blush exactly as it is in person:
1 Lip gloss
2 Lipstick
3 Blush
4 Black e/s
5 Cream/Bisque e/s
6 Yellow e/s
7 Pinked Red e/s
Thanks Sis. This is definitely a pink you would love!!! Especially the pink NP, LS & Gloss.Fabulous! Everything looks so beautiful on you
Thanks!!! I just added swatches. This is my first for this brand too. The colors really intrigued me. I just got the balance of my order today, so I haven't yet worn anything. I'm looking forward to it!!!!I LOVE THIS! how does it wear? stunning! heard good things about DG blushes, i think tan is a popular one! this is everything, wow! i can't start in on another m/u line........do not enable me, i beg you! (not like you need to as picture had me about to order from S, eeekkkkkk!)
I knew I liked that guy for a good reason!!!Which colors of nail lacquer did u get? I want a few..
My boyfriend stopped asking prices, he just told me to not make us poor haha..
He knows it is what it is
I can't believe the lip gloss is super pigmented, like a liquid lipstick almost. Thanks Sis. This is definitely a pink you would love!!! Especially the pink NP, LS & Gloss.
D&G have some great lipsticks and glosses. I think that's what they do best.I can't believe the lip gloss is super pigmented, like a liquid lipstick almost.
I can't wait to try the lipstick. It's my first from D&GD&G have some great lipsticks and glosses. I think that's what they do best.
I'm glad you posted this about the contour duo. I figured the "contour" would just be a bronzer for us but seems like I definitely will have to swatch for myself too. Sad about the primers too.if you like a white MJ has a stunning NP called blanche, i have only seen online but that was around xmas when i bought it, i am a HUGE white nail girl! i bought the NAILS INC victoria beckem set as i was going to get the white anyway plus saks had a 10% off m/u that day and a GWP when you spent over $25 on NAILS INC with a free full size np, i think GWP is still there
NAILS INC is amazing polish, holy cow, love the applicator - the nail salons here won't use the chanel NP brushes, she went to put one of their applicators in my polish and i was like iweeeee, so i just picked my essie picket fence! i never tried NAILS INC until i grabbed their version of dior glow (it's not pink though, i love it, it's on S website) around christmas
has anyone used nails inc? i guess i've been under a rock!
I have quite a few of their glitter polishes and about 2 or 3 cream ones and like 'em. Sephora inside JCP always has them on clearance for like $2.99. I grabbed a whole set from Sephora's sale page for $5 too.

It's way too light and leans a little too...orange(?) for my taste. Sad. I played with the primers and the radiant peach didn't seem to make much of a difference on my skin as far as added radiance and the deepest primer was too dark. It would change the color of my foundation. I just went over and got a formula x polish in Revved Up. It's rose gold.I also got my beloved Addicted to Speed topcoat by Deborah Lippmann.
I figured the contour might end up just being a bronzer, but the shade itself is a bummer. Maybe the primer needs to be put in use to see the difference, but I doubt it'll work for me and I didn't want to spend the $36 to find out. Like I said, I seem to fall between shades where the peach is too light and the caramel too dark. Boo! I want to mention that since Benefit has that new mascara out I noticed the Sephora employees were wearing these really cute pink Benefit aprons. I want one! I should've asked if I could have one if I purchased that damn mascara. I've gone down a dress size since starting my diet a month ago and I think the apron would look super cute on me. I don't cook, but who the hell cares? retty:I thought your drug of choice was makeup in general lol :haha: I have quite a few of their glitter polishes and about 2 or 3 cream ones and like 'em.
