I've read that the colors are powdery and patchy. The brights especially. It's stuff that I've seen in passing on instagram and I think one or two on Temptalia. I think there's a yellow in that palette and that seems hard for any brand to pull of really. I'm glad you enjoy it, it's just my enthusiasm for ABH has died after trying so much of her stuff. I like the customized contour palette I got and again, the brow stuff and there are a couple of shades in the 2 palettes I bought that were nice, but eh.

I actually bought it because of the bright colors and the fact that I like the others. I'll try the brights tomorrow. I use Glisten from the others as a brow highlight practically daily.

My loves list is sad. I got 2 Nails Inc polishes, a UD empty shadow palette, MUFE Aqua Black Liner and another Stella gift set. I've soured on the idea of UD's Bittersweet blush because seeing it on dark skin it's not as purple as I want. There's too much pink in it. I still have an untouched #92 by MUFE and I think I'll just try that on my cheeks. It's classified as a blush anyway.

"Baby I'm a Star" is a winner in this new palette. Not sure if that's an older color or not. I used 5 colors today and I liked them. We'll see...

Why are you returning the rose gold?

I'm keeping the powder, just returning the liquid because it's not different enough mixed with Topaz than Topaz is on it's own. And mixing them is an extra step. And I think if I return it I'll feel a little better about life, lol.

I used the palette today, just a quick something with the brush they provided, which I don't get, it's not the same brush as the blogger palettes. I didn't try any of the bright colors. I liked the colors I used. What have you been hearing?

Another MJ lipstick? :haha: I was looking at those new glosses before I saw swatches. I'm thinking about another MUFE plexi gloss, but I really have moved on from gloss. Plus the other colors I'm considering are close to the ones I already have. I'm relieved that I'm done with the MUFE shadows. I was losing my mind when they first came out trying to plan my purchases. Actually, I'm thinking just one more trio might be in my future because there's 2 colors from the Nude palette I'm interested in. Off topic, but did you see the new foiled shadows by MUG? I was tempted to pre order, but too much shadow going on over here and I have one of the foiled shadows already. I really like it, but hardly use it.

Werd! The only reason I didn't order them right away is because I didn't realize that the Beauty.com coupon would exclude UD, otherwise I would have snatched them up. Maybe it's for the best… That's what I'll tell myself anyway.

I'm completely over gloss. I don't even look at them anymore. I just saw the video for the MUG shadows today. There are 3 colors i want. I already have HoudinI, but like you said I don't wear it enough. I just remembered! Becca SSPpoured in Topaz.

damn code stop working!! lol I can't really haul this time but did get the MUFE naked palette, another boscia sponge, and a Ud blush....and that was just today haha if I didn't have such a huge vet debt I would've gotten more. but in a time of darkness I buy makeup to make me feel better

Yes! A Ziplock bag of change! I mean there were some dollars in there too. I was 14, buying a 20-something dollar lip palette. What are ya gonna do? I also had one of the early Hard Candy palettes (and I still have a lot of them, although I've given away about 3 or 4)!! In the early days my "collection" all throughout high school consisted of some Mary Kay products, Stila eye shadows in Cassis and Jezebel, a Stila All Over Shimmer Powder and the aforementioned lip gloss palette, the Disco and Moody Hard Candy palettes, one UD blush, a Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick and Basic Brown powder, and MAC shadows in Vex and Trax, MAC blushes in Reed and Revenge and the Silver Dusk Iridescent Loose powder all housed in a gem blue Caboddle. Ah the good ole days. 

I didn't have any good makeup when I was in high school. I had a cover girl trio, compact, blush, the green and pink tube of mascara and revlon lipstick. I was lucky if I had new shoes for the school year back then.
