Hi guys! Haven't been on here in ages. Bought something quite a while ago. Took forever to come. It has been sitting in the box for quite a few days. I wanted it but decided to wait and then wanted it only to see it was out of stock and then when everything shut down saw that I definitely wasn't getting it. Decided I didn't really need it but when it came it stock. Well you know. But what do I do? Leave it right in the box when it comes. Terrible.

Kicking myself now. I forgot a sale item in the cart again and the price went back up. Been super tired. Can't keep my eyes open. Fell asleep on the sale. Keep doing that. Oh man. I've been wanting this item for ages but I never see it on sale. I guess I missed the boat on that one. ViP sale I don't think will be as big of a discount. Yikes. Oh well, I guess I'll console myself with all the makeup I already have.

There are only a couple of things I think I'm going to get. Skincare re-ups for sure( eye cream and exfoliant) but I think I may get the MELT Rust palette. I don't have the stack and always wanted to give it a try. This is when those Holiday gift cards I've been hoarding come in handy.

One question, has anyone used the Ole Hendriksen Banana Bright Eye Cream or the Drunk Elephant C Tango Multivitamin Eye Serum? I'm looking for an eye cream that will moisturize and help with dark under-eye circles. I currently use the Belif moisturizing eye balm. Very moisturizing but does NOTHING for darkness. Any other suggestions appreciated as well.

I'll stock up on some Drunk Elephant skin care. I don't really want/need much makeup. I may get more Charlotte Tilbury dual ended liners. I have the blue and bronze ones so far and really like them. I'm a sucker for almost anything CT.

That is my plan too, though I will buy at Cult Beauty, which typically has a 15 - 20% discount.

I actually have this in my basket. You just solidified the decision for me. I already use the Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream and the Iris Extract Activating Treatment Essence. May as well keep it in the family.

I started using it in 2016 and I've tried a few other products in between but I always come back to Ulta Facial Cream. You are absolutely right a little goes a very long way.

I’ve not been purchasing anything for a long time, I’ve been looking forward to the sale. All this craziness has distracted me and I didn’t realize the sale is here! I’m going to restock on skin care. No sense in wearing much make-up, it’s mask wear all day at work! It’s all about eye makeup-up only these days. I work in a hospital and the numbers are getting better for us so I’m hopeful we are over the worst.

I bought my husband some Kiehls skincare. I also bought that vitamin c eye serum y’all have been talking about for myself.

Other than that, I grabbed a few things from YSL - the YSL Touché Eclat All In One Glow. I’ve been wanting to try it and this seemed like a good opportunity. And I also bought two of the YSL Volupte Color Balms.

I am seriously so happy to hear that. I think I have very similar taste on bases as you. I’ve gone back and forth on purchasing it but I’m even more excited now!

I really liked the old formula of the Touché eclat foundation and absolutely hate the new formula. Do you think the all in one Glow is more similar to the old touché eclat?

yes, not identical but more similar to the original formula than the reformulation
did you see there is new touche eclat creme?

all in one glow is very interesting - super light and hydrating once you are applying it but then blends kind of more creamy. i get medium buildable coverage. and it just gives this flawless look and never enhances any skin problems. wears very well too!!

you can apply it with either fingers or a nice dense brush. it's about the same.

I've determined that, other than the lip gloss, Fenty products do not work for me. I've tried and returned highlighters and lipsticks. The latest failure for me is the cream blush. Fuego Flush is very sheer, it doesn't dry down (i applied hours ago and it still transfers to my fingers if i touch my face), and the shimmer is the worst. I barely have any color on my cheeks but there are shimmer particles on my cheeks but have now migrated across my face. This is going back to Sephora. Also....this is tiny.

I've read lots of good things about Tower 28 cream blushes so I ordered a few of those.
