I have purchased from ACW about 6 or 7 times. All items were in great condition, well packed for shipping, and received quickly. Mostly MAC lipgloss or lipstick, a few eyeshadows, and maybe an UD item or two.

Sometimes the discount isn't worth buying from ACW if the product is available at a retailer like Nordstrom, because there is Ebates and free shipping, while ACW charges shipping and there's no points/reward system. Also, I have tried to get in contact with the seller, and she didn't respond to my emails.

Last year I bought Warm Me Up from there brand new. I received it without a box but it still smelled like vanilla... used it today and the scent is still there. Point is, they're legit.

I have ordered 3 times from this site. Totally legit!! And she is trustworthy and honest about the condition of items. I love that site!

I've only ordered Stila shadows/palettes and a smashbox primer from them and all were legit, but I'll have to check out that video.

I really hope this is an isolated case. I have ordered from them a few times (MAC, UD & Stila) and all we're the real thing.

what i found from ACW was that i ordered MAC 's Chatterbox, i dont know why, but the label was a clear sticker on the side of the tube that said chatterbox in black letters, as well, the smell was too candy smelling and not vanilla. i bought a Chatterbox from the MAC store and it had the actual vanilla scent and wasnt glossy and super bright like the chatterbox that i got from ACW. so i dont know. i'd probably give them another try, cuz i dont know what was up with the chatterbox i ordered.

Both times I ordered from them I had no problems aside from the graffiti deluxe shadow from ud was powdery and crumbley it has since broken and the corner of sting did the same... It leads me to question the age of the products I always got freebies that I didn't want that we're useless. They arrived quickly and were packaged well

anyway, now i'm wondering about other products...i saw a yachiyo on there for cheap...is that an item that would get faked easily?

I've ordered from them several times and everything was good. Their mac was authentic. If there's a condition issue with a product, like scratches or no box or damaged box, it's listed in the description.

Some UD palettes I noticed are cheaper on the UD official website so I would check around for the best prices.

I ordered from the ACW site. The MAC lipsticks were labeled as Lipstick #8 and Lipstick #18. The description stated that the lipsticks were a factory blemish and were unable to be sold in the MAC store. I took a chance and both lipsticks cost me about 17 dollars including shipping. Once received, I inspected them. They were mislabeled as Shy Girl and Speed Dial. They were both authentic and best guess the Lipstick #8 was MAC Red and the Lipstick #18 was Desire. When it comes to foundations or anything in that category, I would just buy directly from the manufacturer, It's not worth the discount to get old makeup. Best of luck ladies.

I ordered a lipstick and a cremeesheen from the site, the bottom half of the lipstick looked sswatched or smudged and the ccremesheen looked llike it had been opened aat least once ((there was gloss around the inside rim) just fyi

(sorry for the typos, I''m having trouble with my keyboard)
