Wow, that really sucks. I would suggest calling them up, and asking for a supervisor or something. If they can hear the frustration in your voice, maybe that will affect them more.

omg, how did it burst??? that is so wierd. this is the first time i've heard of this. about customer service, i've heard they are usually pretty nice, maybe you should have called, or do a live chat with a mac rep on the website (do they still have that?) for a quicker response. even though with a call, you probably would have been on hold for ages but at least you would have known to send them in. i think you should be able to take them back to a store... hello, their products are supposed to last and not just burst in your pocket... sorry girl... hope ur jeans didnt stain!
