I bought this --
AUTHENTIC MAC / M.A.C 219 PENCIL BRUSH - FULL SIZE on eBay, also, Brushes Applicators, Make-Up Cosmetics, Health Beauty (end time 08-Jun-08 16:41:14 BST)
considering it's only about £3 GBP (or about 6 dollars) cheaper than buying direct from MAC, so with that knowledge, I knew it wasn't too cheap to be genuine (if you know what I mean).
Just a little off the full retail price.
I received it and immediately got in touch to voice my concerns.
I really believe it was a fake - the handle was VERY shiny and sparkly, the numbering rubbed off and it had a strong lacquered plastic smell to it.
She said it was genuine and she bought it at the airport, and I asked which one?
I got no reply but eventually I got a refund.
Here's the thing.... I've since read that the numbering CAN be rubbed off on authentic MAC brushes???
But the ultimate thing that convinced me, was the very shiny handle and loads of glimmer.
Hope I was right???
