Not DopeSickGirl, but I am looking at Parrot (in last year's Jewel palette) and Bluer Blue side by side. Bluer Blue is darker and actually has a very beautiful shimmer to it. I can see that the shimmer in Bluer Blue is more multicolored- it looks like it has some very fine red/pink flecks as well as blue, but Parrot's shimmer is a little more whitish like regular shimmer is. It is hard to tell about Parrot because it may have been "contaminated" by the some of the shimmer in Honey Lust e/s which is also in the Jewel palette.

I just swatched Parrot with Bluer Blue and Tease N teal hun! I am resizing and labeling as we speak...lol.
