Anyone Speak Italian?

I tried the Babelfish and the Freetranslations and they all came up sketchy.

I'm wondering if someone could give me a decent translation of this, it's for a tattoo-not my tattoo, my sister's.

i think it could be done like:

No fidi Uomo, Temi non donna

Sometimes with Italian you gotta flip it around but we speak in dialects at home and sometimes the proper translation just doesn't sound right!

She decided not to get that tattoo and is getting something else instead, but she appreciates it as well.
