are all your lipcolours almost the same shade??

I used to stick to the pale/neutral range, but in the past year I've really branched out into pinks, reds, corals, browns, & plums. It's nice having a variety to choose from.

I laughed when I read this because I just thought the other day that all of my lipsticks and lip glosses are pink. Some are light pink, medium pink, or dark pink but still all pink! I think that it is time for me to branch out and get a neutral or something. I think that I just gravitate towards anything pink. And with eye shadows I always go for blue/turquoise colors!

I have tons of glosses and l/s and mine are 90% the same colour familiy. I use no peach, no brown, no beige-nudish stuff, so my collection is mostly pink and mauve. I'm NC 20 with small lips, beige-nudish stuff washes me out and makes my lips invisible, I hate peach and orange in general and brown stuff make my lips smaller than they even are.

Yeah, most of them are some sort of shade of pink...from dark to light. But i think they are all different, if i notice that one looks very similar on me to another, then i'll return it (like Of Corset! looked very very similar to Prrr on me). I also have some corals & peaches, not many nudes yet though. I have more range in my l/s than my l/g, i have more "daring" colors (fashionably fuchsia, lustering) and plums too.

Most of mine are nudes, light pink, and peach pink. And only Frost and Lustre finishes.

I'm into the daring colors as well: hot pinks and reds.
Especially for l/g I'm always drawn to reddish l/g with gold shimmer in them ... they really look similar on!

uumm.. i have pink, purple and chocolate colour lipstrick.. but they are all of similiar colour.. so it's like... everytime i buy a pink lipstick, it will be a similar colour to the pink i have and the same with the purple and the chocolate lol ^^

I wear mostly red myelf, but my kit contains a wide variety of colour. I do a lot of retro/pin-up makeups, so I'm starting to bring more reds into my kit bag.

Not really. I only have a few MAC lipsticks but they are bright red, rosy pink, a darker neutral color and pale pink. I'm diverse, what can I say?

i've noticed i started doing this. but for me as long as they look good on me i am happy. i am in love with the lustre finish... frosts are okay too
but i mostly have a wide range of pinks, pink browns and corals.. its hard to find anything else that looks good on me
