Hi there,

Just got Black Ore and Sunpower from my local Mac counter today - both are just half-full too. They all looked like this (they'd only just opened them).

Check the weight on the box - you really don't get a lot with these, but it does seem to go a long way.

Anyone got any application tips please?

I'm finding them really flyaway and want a way to get it where I want it without using something to stick it down. Or is that the only thing I can do?

i was kinda disappointed when i saw how little product was in the jar, so i bought a 2nd jar and put product from both jars into the same 1, and it's still not very full, but at least i can use the empty jar for b2m

they're not filled with as much because they weigh more... especially with those clusters... they're more dense than regular pigments.

My Black Ore was the same - half full, but I am really not bothered about it, weight not volume speaks for itself

I ordered mine online and when I got them, they were all half-full...Not too worried since they seem to be more denser than the regular pigments, a small pinch will go a long, loooong way!
