"Authentic Press Release" Pigments Acquired through MUA.

I swapped with someone who said she guarantees the authenticity of these pigments because she acquired them through a press release. They came with no boxes and the labels read the colour then says 'sample' underneath. I am doubtful of these because the silver label is not shiney like my others. Plus the Bright Fuchsia does not match the sample I was given by a friend and the consistency is semi-chalky with a semi-matte finish. Everything else checks out, even the clear lids on the inside. I cannot speak for the Heritage Rouge because I have no sample to compare it to. However, the consistency looks great and the color seems to match swatches I've seen online.

Below are pictures of the jars and swatches. I would greatly appreciate some help or feedback, as the last thing I want are fake pigments. I was looking to swap these out again, but will only do so if they are authentic. Thanks everyone!

PS- In the swatches, the authentic Bright Fuchsia is on the right side
