I assume it's Back 2 MAC if you decide you've used it all enough and you take them back WITH the clutch, they'll b2m it for you. I guess it's so you don't chuck all these things, they can take them and recycle what can be recycled? Does that make any sense?

But anyway, I'm sure it's only eligible if you bring the clutch/makeup bag along with it.

I'd try writing in to them anyways and explaining the situation about your full size brush.. Mine was replaced, but i had to send it in first (they provided shipping) so it might be worth a shot, it took over a month though. I had a pink Diana brush that broke at the ferrule and they wouldn't take it back because it was an Le brush and made differently. I wasn't trying to give out false information this was just my experience with them.

Just an fyi hun, the brushes are NOT, not have they ever been, guaranteed for life. Nor are they B2Mable, full-sized or gift set. Just glue it like you did and you're good to go!

In all my years i haven't had one brush fall apart, but if it were to happen, super glue would be my friend!
I have had plenty of my cheaper one fall apart my nyx ones before I started buying high end ones used to always come apart.i think because that one is my most used and most washed besides my nars one maybe some water got into it

That's usually the culprit.

I know I am late to the party but here's a "manly" fix that will defeat the whole water problem. In the auto section of your local store or Auto Zone type place they sell RTV sealant that is waterporoof, its typically BLUE. I put a dab of this in the ferrule instead of glue and lay flat to dry for about 24 hours. No more problems if water gets in so the seal lasts well,. I am on 8 years for the last one I fixed. I also use this on the inside of my bra where the underwires poke through and it keeps them from come coming out. :)
