there's another Benefit primer called That Gal Brightening Face Primer. I tried that yesterday at the counter and it wasn't too bad actually. It did not dry up my skin and it didn't feel tight. Very smooth finish and it did brighten the complexion a little bit. It's pink though. I have yellow tone skin so it looked fine but I'm not sure how it'll look on pink tone skin

Oh, I *love* That Gal, I think that's what sold me on Benefit all over, despite the price.. I'm not quite sure what skin tone I have (olive complexion?) but it goes on fine, and my skin has never felt better.. no breakouts, no issues at all considering I have never even used a primer before!

Oh, my, great, I just bought this stuff. Almost 20 pounds - that 2 Mac stuff. That's what I get for procrastinating...

Ditto. IMO there are many, many, vastly superior products out there for priming the skin. The texture of this product is just weird to me.

I love this stuff! If you have issues with large pores, Dr Feelgood is a great refiner. I just ordered MAC skin refiner, so I will have to see how they compare. Anyway, I wear other primer first (either Smashbox PF light or MUFE HD primer) and gently pat Dr Feelgood on the t-zone area with a finger. My skin never looked so smooth before!

I don't know how I feel about it. I was confused too if I should use it before or after (eww) foundation and I used it a couple of times before but it hadn't really that much effect as I hoped it would. The Clinique Pore Minimizer works better for me. I will give it another shot because I don't want to waste money though.
