i think that investing in some fluidline is a good idea. for me, nothing else works (except for NYC e/l...and you get a long pencil for only $0.99 but i find myself to reapply that, too) - fluidine DOESN'T BUDGE. because of that, it makes it rather hard to remove it from the waterline, too (unless you're using a good makeup remover like MAC's). if you're looking for an e/l that you don't have to constantly reapply, i highly suggest fluidline. you won't regret it!

if theres one eyeliner you have to try its estee lauder's artists pencil (the one with the two ends, shader and pencil if that makes sense lol) anyway, its the best one ive ever used for water line, it stays on ALL day and u cnt even tell ur puttin it on ur waterline its that smooth! ive got blacktrack but never use it cuz this is so damn good! (plus i havent got the hang of applying blacktrack yet)
