Dears, I am a boyfriend looking for the best brand to buy a makeup brush set (e.g. 20-40 brushes).

Best quality matters regardless of the price.

What is the best brand to consider?

Currently, my girlfriend has a set from a brand called ZOEVA and she is super happy - just that they are old.
