I did a search on google and Naxopren kept coming up with Aleve. Not sure about the sodium part though...?

I did more googling on this. And I guess this stuff has a ton of different names that look super similiar depending on the company name and what country your getting it from??

But I think in the U.S it's only available OTC in a certain amount through Aleve. Other than that it's prescription only.

I don't get it over the counter. I go to the doctor and i get a perscription and use my benefits to pay for it.. I believe one time when i didn't have benefits the bottle of.. maybe lets say 20 or 30 tablets (don't quote me on the # of pills) was about 40$

if the pain is that bad and you want to get rid of it.. speak to your doctor and if your doc feels that its right for you get a perscription.
