I use the 1st 3 things i listed as an eye base. Some people on here do use just the vaseline as their only base though. If you use the littlest bit (like seriously hardly any) It does help alot! Give it a shot, some people like it & others dont!

Actually, switch the first 2. I put the eye base which dries flat. Then put the littlest bit of vaseline. After that is when i use my gold stuff (that they stopped making... i dont know what i'm gonna do when it runs out, maybe try UDPP). I rub it in together my with finger so its not "caked up". You just want the thinnest layer of base. Hope that helped

Thanks girl!! The flashtrack is the darker blue that is right at my lashline. The brighter blue is from the HIP Duo
