"Bond Girl" makeup?

So my friends and I are having a 007 James Bond themed party. And I'm completey lost on my individual 'look' for the party. We (the hosts of the party) all decided that we wanted to have a coordinated "Bond Girl" look going on.

My hair is currently like, a light (dyed) auburn shade. It's naturally wavy, and it has a lot of natural volume. Should I straighten it but make the roots really voluminous or should I wear it big and wavy?

I'm clueless about makeup suggestions, though. I was thinking either winged black eyeliner with red lips, or maybe a smokey bronze eye (black/brown smokey eyes look really harsh on me) with glossy nude lips?

Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated, thank you in advance!

Wear your hair wavy.
For make up I would just wear a dark brown or black eyeliner on the top and then line my waterline and nude, glossy lips.

I'd go mod with a twist personally.

Vampy lips, either a true matte red or a slick peachy nude, with black winged liner and dramatic lashes and white-rimmed bottom water lines. Really contoured cheeks and highlighted, flawless skin will polish the look.
