Bored on Friday Night

Hey everyone. Went to MAC (at the Beverly Center in la) after school to use my $30 gift card and was surrounded by snooty MAs. One of the guys served me, but he did so with a very nonchalant air and treated me like I didn't know anything...so I got my stuff and left with a lame feeling.

i HATE the MAC at Beverly Center, I never ever go there even though it's closer than the one in Glendale. I always go to the MAC in glendale, they are very nice & helpful

If the beverly center one is closer to you, maybe you should go to the nordstrom counter at the grove. the MAs are SO SWEET. they are so friendly, nice and helpful. i would have gone there today, but i found out that the mac gift cards are only valid at freestanding stores

That sucks about all of the snotty MAs. If one is really rude like that, don't buy from them...they shouldn't get the commission from you!

We don't get commission and there is no excuse to ever be rude to anyone. You can make a complaint with the office/manager of the store

eeeek i hate snotty ma's ( which is why i REFUSE to go to the square one pro store grrrr). my suggestion would be to send an email to custome service. i do this for both terrible and excellent service, depending on where i go.
