seabird Well-known member Nov 11, 2008 #24 i (make this) third whoever said hazel rimmel eyebrow pencil. i have hazel and dark brown, and i actually use dark brown even though i'm blonde. they can be layered etc. the bottom is hazel, and the top is dark brown.
