This was my entry for MakeupByRisa's candy themed contest. I picked sugar skulls as my inspiration. It was my first attempt at a mask, so it was a lot of fun! I want to do more now. haha

So pretty! I love it when people do DDLM related makeup. Also, what dialect of Spanish is that? I'm always interested in this kind of stuff.

EDIT: I just checked RAE and they say it's used in Mexico and Honduras. Man, no one ever corrected me when I said calavera instead of calaca for these little sugar skulls.

Calaca is a mexican thing, but we call them calavera too.
