i wonder if the design of the compact keeps the eyeshadow dust out of the creme blush?
It's the same design as for the Tartan Tale compacts. If there is powder and cream products in one compact, even if they are separated, it's inevitable that powder transfers to the cream product.

I love the look of the little palettes there but not sure yet if I will haul them or not because I have carbon and Sugarpill / Inglot blacks that I used alot more.

I might change my mind as they get closer to release because surprisingly I love the sound of the shadows

the desert kit is a must have!!! one is the color is like woodwinked but has this pink sheen to it and the other is like satin taupe with a blast of purple to it its a must

this sounds so gorgeous! and luckily I don't own Carbon yet

I actually like Showstopper and Satin Taupe however. Unlike Carbon which is the mehest of the meh for me. I can see why those other neutrals make it into a lot of palettes. I wonder if the MAC masterminds realize how many cool palettes get passed over because of the stupid repromotion of the same tired shades. Is it too much to come up with a nice black in the newer formulation or a Veluxe Pearl? Surely it can be done...
