Bought way too much, I always like the fall collections. The blush is to die for!

My local Blue Mercury has this collection so I was able to check it out in person. The star of the collection is the blush. It is gorgeous. There is definite gold flecks when swatched but, I think when using a blush and applying to the face, the gold won't be as noticeable. It's like nothing I have in my collection. Someone mentioned this was like Espiegle but I don't think so. In addition to the blush, I got the beige RA and gloss. The eyeshadows (quad and quint)were pretty but very easy to dupe. There was nothing special about them. Overall, a beautifully put together collection. After I get the UD Smoky Palette, I think my fall makeup shopping is done (trying to cut back).

Sorry for the super sloppy swatches! I wanted to take a quick picture and am about to drive across the state. I didn't pick up the red RAV because it looked super dupeable for my stash of reds. But that's just my opinion! Top to bottom: RA 162 Pensive, RCS 99 Melancolie, RCS 112 Temeraire, JC Blush 260 Alezane.

I now need the 2 RCS lipsticks as well as the quad, thanks for the grest swatches.

I want to go check out the collection so bad but I know I won't be able to walk away and order with ebates. I think it would help to narrow things down a bit as I want everything. I may just order a bit with my Nordstrom SA since I skipped my makeover event. We shall see.

I still don't think much is going on with the Nordies sale but I"ll probably go anyway. No major must haves it seems right now. I remember last year preordering for the highlighter I never use. It was a hot ticket item. I haven't heard of any hot ticket items this go around. I think the sale is getting less spectacular every year, at least as far as beauty items go.

Thanks for the swatches. When Ernie mentioned these names yesterday, it was the first time I had heard them.  I need these to make sure I get the right thing.  Whether I buy online or in person.  Because even in person, there always seems to be the wrong shades on the display.

I know what you mean! If I'm not super knowledgable about the collection-- It's easy to get confused. The counter I go to will replace the SO items on display with something similar. I caught them once "neglecting" to tell me that some of the stuff was SO and the items I was testing were just spot holders from the perm collection. Thank goodness for specktra! I feel really really bad if someone were to just walk up and not know what should be on display and get sold the wrong thing! And definitely I'm sure it's sometimes accidental from customers playing around with stuff, too!

Thanks for your swatches, Ernie. Already got the blush so as per usual, I am interested in the Yeux Stylo. Feuilles and maybe Ardent. The NPs look great too. Especially the dark brown one. Too bad they are not up on the Saks site to order with the 10% ebates. Is Ardent very metallic and coppery or just more of a warm brown?

Thanks, the JC is not like any others, if I had to say the closest would be ESPIÈGLE, but that was more peachy. This is browner.

I was thinking Espiegle too, which I wear a lot, that is why I ordered it from Saks, even though it's not confirmed as Alezante. If it is not, will return it.
