41 degrees!I am from France and honestly I am not in the mood for Fall, it's been so hot here ( 41 ° last week !), but the Fall collection is amazing. Les Beiges is beautiful, I hope you found lovely items to buy.

Saks has a lot of fall up this morning, maybe everything will be up by the end of the day? Of course I'm not sure anyone wants to risk ordering from Saks with their wonky shipping!

BTW when I asked if they could fix the shade name on the mystery JC (that we now believe to be Jersey) she told me "there's nothing wrong with the web site, some things just show that way", proceeded to give me the UPC# (different from the web ID/item#), and told me to call a counter to figure out what it was. There's some great CS for ya!

Back from the Nordies Sale. I stopped at the Chanel counter to ask about when the fall collection would be in. The SA just started talking about the blue collection. She said the Blue collection would be in next week. I said no fall. She seemed confused so I asked for the SA I usually see. She talks to me about the Blue collection more so I describe the items I'm looking for and she says it is all coming together so she is thinking of it all as the blue collection. I was still unsure if she knew what she was talking about so I pulled up pics. She recognized the eye quint. She said this stuff was all coming together and pulled out some paper work. She says she expects it any day now and is hopeful that it will come in by Saturday. She showed me the blue polish on her toes and says that she was upset it hadn't come in yet because she did a lot of pre-sales on the blue mascara. So if the store is expecting things in soon then I suspect it will be on the website soon. I hope it comes later so I can buy a bit more at once. I think fall will be around long but I'm so impatient about pacing myself with collections.

I know. I still ended up getting a few things even though I know fall launch is imminent. It is so hard. I wasn't getting any rainbow balls but I was still excited when I saw it. I told the SA that I wanted a lot of stuff so I might have to ask her when it comes out what is selling fast. But really if the blue collection is coming out at the same time as fall I would think the blue would catch more people's attention. But that blue polish looked really good on the SAs toes.LOLOh noI have early access stuff in my Nordies cart now. I'd prefer Chanel fall but I'm not sure it's safe to wait for what i want now. The rainbow balls are in early access too!!!

Meaning "some things are advertised on the website without any identification as to what they actually are and ho-hum what do I care?" or as in "let me just pack three colors in place of what you ordered into your shipment because one color is as good as another" customer service. Or do we mean "ship it anywhere, never find it, and charge you any way" customer service?
