I didn't get to try vintage no. 19 before. What does it smell like? Similar to anything today?
I tried no. 22 and love it! It is like no. 5 but softer and smoother. It's not like Eau Premiere.

I love, love love n0.22! I agree it's a much softer version of n0.5.

I love the new n5 l'eau! It's the perfect lighter version of n5 for me. I don't like eau premiere and while I like the original n5, it's too heavy for me to wear in my humid climate and to the office.

Monsy - What size did you get? I'm torn between the 50 and 100ml. The 50ml bottle is so pricey/ml but the 100ml is a big bottle.

Happy to hear you enjoy it! You have the Chance edp right? How about the edt? I really like the edp, but it is sometimes too strong. The edt doesn't smell as nice to me.

just to mention about the l'eau it has poor longevity and has to be re applied throughout the day so 100ml is better choice

I did have edt chance but i returned it . i couldn't smell anything after an hour on my skin. it is a bit more wearable not as strong as edp but i couldn't tolerate such a poor performance so i got edp later. i am not crazy about chance i know many are, it is nice but that's it... doesn't excite me.


I have been on such kick with their les exclusife line I adore it. I have misia, beige, jersey, 31 rou cambon and the latest addition coromandel. i still want gardenia and bel respiro.
i did purchase boy when it was released and didn't like it at all. it went back the same day. it seemed to masculine, almost like my grandpa's aftershave but it was summer - hot and humid and i just had the baby so my hormones were crazy. so i recently got a mini one of Boy and BOOM! totally different impression. it is so soft, so soothing, calming scent - i think lavender in it makes it light that. i just can't stop sniffing my hand. i will buy it.

I don't usually re apply fragrances but I get your idea. Thanks! Chance edp I love on ceramic, but on my skin it tends to turn a bit sour.

I remember finding Boy slightly too masculine, but Jersey also has lavender but feels softer.

yes you are right and they are pretty similar in drydown boy smells like more masculine jersey

I have a sample of No 5 body lotion in 6ml from a few years back and it is still in amazingly good condition – both scent and formula. I like it a lot and I’m considering getting one but they are only made in USA now. My sample was made in France.

When I was at the counter, the SA let me try the oil (limited edition), lotion and cream. All are made in USA. The SA suggested that the oil is the best buy. I like the scent of the lotion most. Does the made in USA version smells as good as the older version? Anyone has any of the no 5 body products?

actually not face oil but i guess all over hydrating oil? it does and i am looking forward to it too! i was hoping it's new les exclusifs
